Custom Home
Pearson Builders
Built with care, down to the last detail.
Pearson Builders creates homes and spaces that reward a closer look. Every line, joint and finish is considered, because craftsmanship is what remains long after the work is complete.
We work closely with clients, architects and designers, keeping communication open from the first conversation to the final walk-through.
Featured work
Custom homes we have built
Every home we build is designed around its owners, in whatever style they choose. These are a few examples of the standard we hold ourselves to.
What we do
Remodels, additions and new homes
Kitchen, bathroom and whole-home remodels, additions that belong, and new construction built from the ground up.
How we work
A calm, well-planned process
Good building is as much about communication as it is about craft. Here is how a project with us unfolds.
Step 1: Conversation
We start by listening: what you want to build, why it matters and how you would like the project to run.
Step 2: Site visit and consultation
We walk the site or existing building together, discuss the possibilities and identify anything that needs investigating early.
Step 3: Planning and estimate
Drawings, specifications and selections are turned into a clear schedule and a transparent estimate you can rely on.
Step 4: Construction
A well-sequenced build, a tidy site and regular updates, with the same attention to detail from the groundworks to the final coat.
Step 5: Handover and aftercare
A thorough walk-through, documentation for the finished work and a continuing relationship once you have moved in.
